Having started out thirty years ago as a natural outdoor swimming lake, BillyBird Park Hemelrijk has since developed to become a recreational park for young and old. Children can enjoy the enormous ‘Zeeroversland’ (Pirate Land) indoor playground throughout the year, but the amusement park also has a roller coaster, a ropeway course , the ‘Hemelaya’ climbing hill, a lovely big recreational lake, a football pitch, a specially fenced-off children’s pool, ‘Kinderland’ outdoor playground, a children’s fairground,  traffic park,  puppet theatre and  sand martin wall. The Beach Bar and the unique Party Island floating lounge area are specially for parents and adults. Maybe there’s too much to take in if this previous visitor is to be believed: “One day is really too short if you want to discover everything!”.

Updated procedure

On the day of your visit, sign up at the cash register with your valid Plopsa annual pass and a proof that your annual pass is valid (to be requested via your profile).
